A Painful Past Experience
When I first purchased property in Dubai, I was excited—until the process began. From the outset, the agents were overly enthusiastic and pushy, but once the deal was signed, their interest vanished. I was handed off to an external conveyancing team who had no context or information about my deal. I found
myself repeating everything I'd already shared, dealing with different team members who kept asking the same questions, and struggling with language barriers that made the entire process more frustrating. The final blow came near the end of this long, draining experience when they suddenly realised they
had forgotten to get the NOC signed—causing delays, confusion, and even more stress. What should have been a smooth and exciting milestone became a painful ordeal.

That experience was more than frustrating—it was a wake-up call. It became the catalyst for change, pushing me to ensure no one else would have to go through the same ordeal. That’s how Lumina Properties was born—a homegrown, family-run business created with my daughter, son-in-law, and trusted friend-turned-business partner. Together, we set out to build a
